RoyG, you miss the point(s). Stephanie loses her versatility if she can't be herself and wear clothes. No, I don't think this is a consipiracy. I do think, however that sometimes people don't think much when characters are designed. Again, it makes no sense in my mind to say "I'm giving you a wonderful new woman, with her own unique body. And she can wear someone else's clothes, if we take away that wonderful unique body." Many months ago I got ahold of Dina, on the heels of that controversy. Dina has sat "on a shelf" all these months because she seems to lack widespread support in the community, especially for the all important freebies. Now there is a version of Dina that wears Vicky's clothes. Somehow this Dina can't have all the benefits of the "old Dina," or she wouldn't be able to wear Vicky's clothes. But in the end, you're expected to pay for the privelege of dumping the "original Dina" you already paid for just to have more versatility for this one. It's the same for Stephanie. We get this great new character that really ends up being another Vicky with a different face.
