OH, believe me, I remember trying to limp along with a 486DX4-100, 64MB of RAM and a 1GB hard drive. Damn, it was next to impossible to do most anything, let alone graphics. I sympathize with you. I was only able to upgrade after I received an unexpected huge paycheck from a former employer. Then I had to replace half of that a year or so later when I got brave and... well we'll save that story for another day.
