I get the impression that the Tailor only does "bigger", never pulls the mesh in to match a thinner shape. It does super for something like Vickie's breast size 38DDD, it gets confused when you tell it to fit the Stephanie morphs on Stephane (which should work, as the default is Vickie, Stephanie gets there via a FBM). For what it does it is amazing, though.
