Go to this site, http://www.isbister.com/products.asp , & download the file called, " Atomic Clock Sync ". It is a totally FREE, no strings attached program that, once installed, allows the user to set the time on your PC to an atomic clock, via internet connection. Also, once installed & you open the program, at the top right corner of the window, there is a clickable link to direct you to a site that will give you the exact present time for almost every city, state & country in the world. I've used it for quite a while now, & it comes in handy for me at times. This would be extremely handy for someone who needs to know the exact time any where in the world, at a given time.
