At that point it might be just as easy to actually make the morphs in the modeling program! I have no documentation on how the Tailor works, but I bet it does something along the lines of transfering the morphs deltas (that is, the direction and the amount the vertexes move), rather than some kind of collision detection. After seeing how it works I think the former is more likely, that is why it is so helpless on fitting clothing to other figures - what it is actually doing is transferring morphs, not fitting mesh.
