I've found that I go through a definate set of steps each time, and every time I make a character I refine my procedures so it is easier next time. I'm also planning to discuss morphing vs sclaing, and the use of helper programs (like MorphManager and Tailor) Quixote, the closest I was planning on getting to that was discussing how age and other factors affect physical appearence, and therefor give more depth to the history of the person.
