There is a knowledge base now available on the e-on web site, so its best to look there first. There is still support available, but if its answered in the knowledge base then support isnt likely to answer. Regarding the online weirdness -- I dont know what's going on there. You should check your Poser installation as well. Vue "tells" Poser that Poser functionality is in use, so if somethings strange with your Poser installation it might trigger something like this. The reboot problem and the Win ME problem should be reported to support. They will ask you for VERY exact information which is required to fix problems like this.
