Posing in heels is workable. Getting posette to walk in heels is a major dificulty. I think its because the IK is linked to the foot and not the toes so that the foot must always be the body part to connect with the ground in a walk cycle. As far as the high heeled morphs you mention go, Jim Burton who made those morphs for high heels explained them to me as follows: "The high-heel morph just increases the arch of the foot, so the shoes fit better. I've done a couple of walking animations, what I did was run it through walk designer, then delete all the animation key frames for the toes, and point them up in the first fram, then I deleted all but every third key fram for the feet, and set the angle properly for the walk in heels- do this for frame 1, 4, 7 and so on, Poser will do the in-betweens if you delete what is there when you start."
