Three main C1rcle: Moe, Larry and Curly. Shemp was a off and on additional stooge that took Larry's place on occassion. I think there may have been a 5th, but I'm not absolutely certain... As far as I recall, they never had all four stooges in an episode at once - it was always three of them. [MAN! Did I watch too much Tv as a child or what? snicker]
