If you look in the Additional Figures folder of your Character Library, you'll find a few fully-functional severed body parts (hands, heads) awaiting your dismemberment pleasure.

The tail on my wolf-woman character is actually my poseable coonskin cap from Free Stuff. I scaled it larger and parented it to Victoria's hip, then turned off visibility on the cap portion, leaving only the tail visible.
