We're sorry to hear the problems some of you are experiencing with the direct Poser 4 imports. Please realize that a lot is going on in the background to enable communications between an OS 9 and a native OS X application. I know such things may seem obvious, but they are not as simple as you could think.

Anyhow, we have a partial fix for this problem, so if you want to give it a try, please download the following file, unstuff it and replace your Vue 4 application with it. Make sure you backup your files before doing so. Please do not attempt to install this fix if you don't feel comfortable with manipulating application files under OS X.
