true, I dontlike front page either, but that is a limitation of the program rather than IE.. thought FP 2000 isnt bad.. IE did add functionality that Netscape didnt, but the reverse is true... the difference lay in the fact that IE made extensions to existing tags, while netscape introduced their own propriatary tags... I wish just the oposite with DHTML, I hope that the trend moves toward MS, the object model that IE uses is MUCH easier to work with.. And I found out the other day when I did my site, that nescape just handles frames extremely poorly, so that is the main reason while my site is set up frameless.. they have been a a serious downward spiral anyways now that AOL bought them... and the only reason that AOL made the purchase was to get control of the domain name and the millions of daily visitors... not a coincidence that netscape.com has a link to x rated sites on it..
