Traveler also has some morphs for Mike's genitals. Maybe you can plant a bug in his ear about making a male prop. though he might not want to compete with the Digiport commercial product. One problem is that the size of the map for the genitals is pretty small. You might try using UVMapper to enlarge it and save it as a seperate map. This would make creating a hi-res texture easier.
