Bernie, I'm sorry to hear that. But there is not many help possible, I'm afraid:-( With so much disk space haven't you done (what I always do) to keep a clean copy of Vue4.06 at another place? before installing 4.1. Have you installed the Full update of Vue 4.1? Or the incremental? Maybe try to re-install the upgrade again. Otherwise, hmmm! maybe uninstall and re-install. Vue 4.1 works. It must be another problem on your computer or Vue 4.1 didn't install propperly. I know, tha's not a great help:-( Guitta
