Hi -- two weeks ago I ordered the german version of Poser Pro Pack. Today I got feedback that ProPack is no longer available! I don't know if that's true only for the german version or with other languages too -- but it's a sign that Poser 5 ist really knocking at the doors. :)

God I hope they're not going to stop supplying Poser4 and PP, I'm using Poser3 and there's no way I'll be able to afford Poser5 for a LONG while :o(

don't panic, poser4/propack will probably be released as freebies for the magazines to give away in the next year or 2, by that time you should have enough saved up to buy Poser5 anyway. Rob

Holger: Have you tried Amazon.de? The ProPack is still listed there. I bought it there in April, but like all of us: I WANT POSER 5! :-)

Hi Holger, I ordered Pro Pack (german) about 14 days ago from basis1 (educational version). They shipped immediately (actually I had to phone to egisys to search a dealer for me, as their normal supplier steckenborn wasnt able to deliver...) Hmmpf, just wondering... you want to buy my copy ?? Enjoy!

I suppose that's just a problem with Amazon. If you're in Germany, call Egisys. There should still be enough German ProPacks for everyone!

stewer is probably right - amazon.de loves to cancel items for no reason. I once ordered some Epson paper (to fill up the required limit for free shipment) and a few weeks later they told me it is no longer available (which was nonsense). I guess they have certain price limits for re-stocks and if those rise they just stop it and tell the customers they can't get it any longer.

Hi! A little more CL input here. Stewer is right. Call EGISYS to get a list of selected resellers in Germany. The official word is that German ProPack is alive and well and gonna be livin' for a while...

Yes, Poser 4 is still available. We have a list of resellers on www.egisys.de, and there's also a bundle price for Poser 4 with ProPack.
