Any texture maps made for Victoria 2 will work for V1...search freestuff under "snowsultan" and you'll find a really decent texture seam guide for her. There are also a set of brushes in freestuff for hair/skin, contributor is "yoshi123". I haven't used these yet so couldn't tell you specifics. Hope this helps!
