Hoss69, what you say is generally true in the US - except when the 'M' is doing the 'R'-'S'ing ;). When the Manufacturer is the primary (or sole) point of Retail Sales, then the MSRP is often the Actual Retail Price (barring any promotional/introductory pricing, etc).
