it's quite easy to do :) make your picture, resize it to the right size, I forget what it should be something like 91x91 pixels, then save it as a PNG file, change it's name to match the cr2 file, use p3d0explorer with rsr2png plugin to change it to a rsr file, and bob's your uncle. 1 rsr file of your choice.
