It is going on 3 weeks since I ordered Vue; I live in Tennessee, USA. I still haven't got the package. I have written the orders@e-onsoftware.com twice; there's been no reply at all. Is there another address I should write? I mean I know from Europe to America is a long haul, but at least answer my mail to let me know the package has shipped.
