The disclaimers are pretty much standard - giving something away for free, it's only prudent to protect yourself from the possibility of someone blaming your mesh for some problem they may have caused themself. Your terrain looks pretty good, you might want to consider completing the bottom of the lake, anyone who wishes can add a water-plane that intersects at whatever water-level they desire, and sometimes it's desirable to see into the water to the bottom.
