Well if the orignal mesh was nothing but a non-posable mesh then I don't think that the original creator would mind too much. Hmm how long do you think it would be before the pleisosaur would be ready to be usable? the original creator would probably mind and it would be best to contact the original creator BEFORE distributing it. The original creator holds the copyright on the mesh. and since you mention you have a server you need to KNOW these things before YOU host anything at all because if you don't you will be the one who get's introuble for it.
