Welcome to the hell of Carrara 1.1 where you cant get decent AA to save your life. I have everything cranked, and that's the best I can get. I own a very nice high-end 3d package now but I am just getting used to it, so I have to stick with carrara. The thing is that while C1 does a lot of bad naughty stuff, it allows you to do impressive work quickly and cheaply. I just dont see not being able to use Carrara in the next few years b/c it generates impressive results much more quickly then any other program on the market.
