This work is beautiful, and Star is really right that dealing with scanning is just lovable..!!I also have used transparency adapter several times to provide back-lighting, and the link above leads anyone interested to a work of mine as such...
Nowadays, I'm searching for high quality flatbed scanners with like 2400x4800 ppi resolution powers.
Epson and Canon has some models wich maybe find in my country, but they are extremely expensive for me to afford for the time being.
My primary objective for having such a scanner is to be able to scan rather tiny shells, pebbles, seeds, insects, etc. ...
...To use the scanner for, say, 'microscanography', and magnify those tiny worlds.
I think it was in the May or June issue of National Geographic that an artist was introduced for his 'macro-scans' of various types of moths...
...Was magnificient..!
If I find the link, I'll post it also.
Anybody having such powerful scanner and would like to try such experiments..?
Would be exciting to view...
