Mitch, this is a good question.

I made a beardedCr2 for Mike 1 and put it up for download on my site. I made the figure in Pro Pak using the grouping tool. I have never had any problems. I have heard from lots of folks who have downloaded and used the file, and they have not had any problems.

Then, just a couple of weeks ago, I get an email from Rawnrr and he is having this exact same problem in Pro Pack with the figure he d/l from my site. I download the figure and try it in ProPak it is okay. I have a friend try it, same thing, all is okay. I get back to Rawnrr and we try everything we can think of to figure this out. Made sure the current service pak was installed. Clean install of ProPak and test the file there. Same prob. Finally, he uses the grouping tool and makes his own bearded Mike, much like you did. It works. Last I heard, it still works.
Really, really strange. Still have no explanation as to why this happens.
