This is an issue with the way Pro Pack reads CR2 files, which is slightly different. You may run into this with some older clothing items as well... The solution is simple, but can be somewhat tedious. It involves opening the CR2 in a text editor (Wordpad will usually do) and removing each line that consists ONLY of the letter 'g' (no quotes). Resave the file, and it should now open in Pro Pack without the missing polygon problem. Hope this solves it for ya... CT
