Well, to perhaps bring this thread back on track, "you can't please all the people all the time."

Personally, I think I got my money's worth from my subscription in the first few downloads... everything else seems gratis to me.

When I've had trouble, I've had nothing but excellent service; so to answer beav1's question, "Yes, the subscription is worthwhile."
