okay...it looks like you did everything correctly. try turning off shadows for the thighs. sometimes, shadows on in poser can do real weird stuff to a transmap.

Can you turn her 45 degree to either side and render her again? It looks like the darker area is almost coming up on the outsides of her legs, too, and on her shoulder straps. My suspicion is that you don't have the same settings across the board. Either a min/max/fall-off is different somewhere, or a highlight color is different somewhere, or something. I doubt if it is geometry, since the straps seem to be affected, too. Carolly

I'm not sure but that looks like the inner skirt of the dress, check the setting on that.

The lower portion of the P4 thin strap dress is double thickness. Its as though it has an internal hem. To remove it use the grouping tool to set it to a new material and then set that material to be totally transparent.

k on that i have object all to white and the rest on black. the min and max are 100%. so i dont get a shine off the dress itself. i well try the grouping tool. although last time i did that i lost the whole outfit :(

Repeat ad nauseum... "Don't fear the grouping tool... ...it is my friend." LOL:)
