I had to dig a lot to try and answer this question. The best I can say is that it appears Voluptuous Vicky 2 (VV2) works with both Vicky 1 & Vicky 2. I think the difference is that VV1 might not have worked with Vicky 2?! Or maybe it didn't take advantage of Vicky 2's extra features?! At any rate, here is the link to Wyrmmaster's Home Page.
