Brian, After 3 attempts the button will go away. I would suggest you DL all of your products and archive them. We have the following policy in place in regards to product availability. "Product availability : Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise. Renderosity will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them." All of your past purchases have been reset. Clint
