I'm not complaining and I don't have any issues with the policy. All of the items that I have purchased are now archived to DVD-R. Like I stated in my initial post, I was just curious why certain items had the DL buttons and others didn't. I wasn't sure if that was because The Tailor is now only available from DAZ3D, that type of thing. I appreciate the fact that you do try to keep the downloads available to us whenever possible. Because of this, I decided right from the start that anything I buy will be purchased from Renderosity. The only time I purchase things from other online stores is if it's something that I can't buy here. Even though I do have the items recorded to DVD I'm still paranoid about losing them. Thanks, Brian
