The term was originally coined by the hackers who felt their skill was being played off and dismissed because a group of little fuggin nitwits learned how to use l33t sp33k and share files. Don't know why people changed it from kiddies to kitties, but a few people will gladly correct the term if they hear it used. Note: hackers generally hate kiddies, and gave up l33t sp33k because it became widely used by the warez community. cub-Note: I am not a hacker, just have a friend who used to be very involved with the whole phreaks/hackers scene, and corrected me when I made the same mistake you just did. ;) Please donut be offended, Jack.
