most of the clothing poser 4 uses now is quite easy to export as object files and bring into max or softimage , and then convert into cloth simulation there. Some of the clothes, you have to remove closed off parts (sleeves, neck) but that doesnt take long. Anyone with a decent modeller, a bit of free time, and a nice streak would be able to convert every single article of p4 clothing into p5 clothing with little trouble.
