Actually the last person I spoke with in the order dept re-ordered the software for me because there was a missing dash in the S.N. that was causing the problem, and she was the first of many who noticed and took care of the problem. Your office had only an answering machine on until 10:00, which was the last time I checked. I'm hoping to get this by tomorrow, if not it won't be until next week and I would expect you to re-imburse me for the shipping as this was NOT my error, I read this S.N. off to 4 different people and she was the first one to notice that the - had been left off. You should be able to validate my number easily as everything except the email address is the same as when I first purchased Vue 3 from your company. All it would have taken was to check the information you were given more carefully and someone might have noticed that it was only a missing - that caused the problem. It was also a little frustrating that the person who emailed that there was a problem with my S.N. at 5 PM promptly went on vacation and told me to have a nice day. Can you see why I might be a tad frustrated? Marque
