You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
Oops. Forgot about crosstalk. I'll read some of the material about crosstalk (by Rbtwhiz and Nerd3d) and see if any solutions will work.

I run Poser to generate an animation in full-frame AVI mode; then I use PSP's Animation Shop to divide down the frame count and condense the colors down to a GIF small enough for this situation.

I don't know about the others, but I normally use JASC Animation Shop, which came bundled with Paint Shop Pro. It's also available separately. Great blinds, ockham!

I've resolved the crosstalk problem in the crudest possible way: by setting up 4 separate PP2 files. The ZIP now contains all 4. If you need more than one blind in a scene, just insert BLIND1 then BLIND2 then BLIND3... as if they are completely different props. (They just happen to look the same!) And if you need even more, Copy BLIND1.PP2 to BLIND5.PP2 Use find/replace in a text-mode editor to replace all instances of Control1 with Control5 then save the new file. (Same way for further numbers.) There's nothing magic about the word "Control"; I just made sure that all the lines that need to be modified end with that set of letters, so that a single find/replace will do the job.My python page

Well, I thought I had uploaded the new 4-pak last night. Apparently the upload failed. I did it again just now, and BLINDS.ZIP seems to be there now. Sorry about that!

Free! In PP2 form, which is not quite as convenient as CR2. One control to raise, another to set angle. The pull cords move properly with each setting; it's up to you to make your character's hand move with the cord. Go to the link, find the BLINDS1 folder, and download the BLINDS1.ZIP file; then unzip and place the PP2 and PNG in a subfolder within your Props library. My python page
