Well, it's inspired by the designs of both Warcraft and Warhammer (actually, the Orcs in Warcraft are obviously inspired by those in Warhammer).

Basically, the same rule applies to that which allowed GhostofMacBeth to sell his Orc that was inspired by LOTR. It's inspired by it. While it may have given me the idea, it will of course be unique enough that it will allow me to market it.
