I love this thread. Right now, I'm home recovering from pneumonia and this thread is a real treat and a great pick-me-up. Thanks so much for making me feel better. The memories are great. I was lucky enough to meet John Leeson at the conventions, too, and he was a really funny guy. He came flying into the hotel elevator with a bunch of us and when the door closed, he said, "Well, I guess you're all wondering why I've called this meeting." The funny thing was that some of the people in the elevator were not conventioners, they were business people who were there for a marketing conference or something, and they probably wondered what sort of nuts had invaded the hotel.
