okay...here is the solution. download a free texture that comes with .mat files....apply the mat pose to your poser figure. then go to the render/material option in poser....import the texture you want to use...but, keep the color settings that come with the mat file. note...if the mat files come with a transmap for eyelashes...you must use a transmap for eyelashes, though not necessarily the one you got the mat file with.
