Thanks for all of the responses. I have downloaded the files 3 times, so I'm pretty sure they aren't corrupted. adele, I did a complete search of my system, and did not find additional part 2 and 3 installers. The only files found were the original downloads. I do have the beard object and the MAT pose files installed from the core installer. Marque, I'm getting nothing when I run the files, and have never seen the dialog box you mentioned. dirk5027, Thanks for the IM offer.
