Hi Spectre, I am running XP too........so I don't think that is it? The beard is a Character file("figures" library with Poser open), so don't be confused as to look for it in the "Hair" file library.......... as I have a Daz Hair folder in my Hair Library too!...........took me a few minutes to figure that out too! LOL! Other than this, I really don't know what to tell you? Genny
