Genny, Thanks, at least I know it's not XP related. Maybe it's just my system.... Permissions or something off the wall like that. Yep, I realize the beard's DAZ Hair subfolder is under the Figures library heading, and I too have a DAZ Hair folder underneath the Hair library :). Anyway, the beard figure is sitting there pretty as you please in the proper folder, and the beard object file and MATs are in their proper folders. All that's lacking are the textures and transparencies. Spectre
