I really want to thank everyone who responded to this thread and offered advice to help me solve this problem. I received an email from Steve Kondris at Daz. He was able to provide me with part 2 and 3 .exes which used the normal Daz installation scheme. The installations completed without a single glitch. Even though it took a while to get this problem solved, I must say the professionalism and response from Steve (especially on a weekend) restores my faith in Daz's customer service.
