OK, it's got potential to be a real nice texture. :) 1) Get rid of the highlight in the pupil. That makes it obvious the irises are flipped, and makes it impossible to light them according to the scene's light source. 2) Upper lashes have almost twice as many hairs as do lower ones, and they are longer. 3) Eyebrow texture is quite nice, but they are too obviously flipped. Change the base of one brow or the other at the inner corner. Outer corners should be extended IMHO. 4) Is it possible to put some sort of texture or noise on those ears? 5) The bottom of the philtrum seems dark to me. I like your choice of colors and tones, and think that this can be a really flexible skin map, but people pay do attention to nuances in the face, so you should massage this a bit more before release.
