Since I want to create an Ancient War Elephant (ala Hannibal) an Asian elephant would be more useful to me (actually Hannibal used North African Elephants but lets not nit pick).

The difference between an Asian Elephant and a Woolly Mammoth is just the tusks and the fur. With all these folks making Vicky textures it shouldnt be too difficult to create a Wooly Mammoth texture for an Elephant model. A good test would be to create a Wooly Rhinoceros texture for Dazs Rhino.
