Given Lynn's opinion on a recent post about copyright, it can be argued that once you make a render of an object in a scene, it stopped being that object (3d mesh) and becomes just an image of it (2d pixels). As long as you don't provide the Vue source file with the 3d object in it, it would be abusing if someone forbids you to use that image commercially. This happens to be my opinion too... but then again, it is just an opinion.
