Just some friendly criticism ... it sounds like your order center is being beta'd on us. (Which is just fine by me, especially since we're ordering P5.) And it appears your correcting things as you hear about them, so that is doubly-good. But it could be hurting sales marginally. Here are some other things I noticed:

• It's not clear as to what personal info is and is not required.
• Choosing a different shipping method kicks you out of the checkout sequence
• Items seem to be added to your cart before you place your order. In my case it was a sweatshirt. (Surely this is not being done on purpose.)
• General errors and timeouts. This is probably (hopefully, right?) because of the massive number of people ordering.
