We started taking orders at 4:35 PST today. Timoteo, I have spoken with the webmaster and actually gone through the steps myself and have been unable to recreate many of your issues. Our store was actually installed last October and has been working smoothly since taking hundreds of orders for product with little snag. I'm sorry you had some issues, what we've been doing is try to put up more information to make the workflow clearer which is what you may have seen me comment on earlier. It's great to have your feedback, especially when someone else experiences similar things, it is easier to identify a pattern. As you can see on another thread here, your serial number can only be used once, this protects it from being marked used until you checkout. I can't wait to email all the winners tomorrow. YAY.
