Considering a situation of business in the world. People in "A" (Country_Name) can only buy a software program ( either "A" language version or English ) via their "A" dealer, and one exclusive dealer only. With some developers have two dealers or more as exception. They have agreement that CL ( and other developers) can't break ( assuming this is their position), they can not sell their products directly to the people at A, only via their "A" dealer, A people can neither buy the product via dealers at B or C, OR D ....this is business policy. It is not CL( and other developers) doesn't want to make from money out of it, their agreement makes the rule for CL( and other developers) and their dealers worldwide. CL( and some of other developers) doesn't have foreign branches to do more marketing/service locally, so they need to count on the dealer. And As far as I concerned, CL only has one dealer only for each country--exclusively. Which makes me piss off as when the dealer doesn't do a good job for CL great products, the dealer just wastes the sources. I think this pattern of business is much the same in other developers. I am one of the few luckier, as a software reviewer, I can get support from developer very soon, usually I get NFR program in 4 ~ 10 days depened on the location of their business firm, meaning where they send the package, US, Europe, or else. They most of the time send it via FedEx. And FedEx is the best in efficiency for delivery. Lucky me.:)
