The 3DC does not control the files prior to posting. After a problem with someone pirating Dendras stuff,I restructured the way we patrol freestuff at 3DC. Rather than have many moderators patrolling the various freestuff sections(Poser,Bryce,MojoWorld) I assigned ONE moderator to patrol ALL the free sections. Her name is Aine and she does a great job of keeping an eye on the free section,and possible copyright violations. So it is only after a post has been made that we can do anything about it. we require no pre approval form folks prior to posting free stuff. If I misunderstood you Strudeleinchen I'm sorry.
