DHCP goodness and all that :/ Problem is, even if you ban someone by IP number, they can return again and again via clone if they have dial-up. The only people really hurt by an actual ban are those who have bought or sold stuff here, the ones with the most to lose. Otherwise, your only recourse is to provide IP addy and time of access by someone to their ISP, where logs can suss out who was online at the time, and possibly the ISP may revoke the account if a clear enough case for harrassment is made. /P
