Wow, wonders never cease ... the Mac users continue to whine about a delayed release. What a shocker! God, it's like every freaking thread.

"I'm sure the Mac OS X version of Poser 5 will be far more stable than the Win version when it comes out."

Yet another ignorant, self-righteous comment from a Mac-Nazi. Need you more proof XVCoffee, Virtualsite, et. al.?

What an totally absurb and utter pile of horse crap. What decade are you living in?? The Windows NT kernal (NT4, 2000, XP) is rock solid. As stated in another post, I run an obscene amount of software on my Win2K-Pro machines, they run 24/7 and not once has an app pulled down the system (as I learned happens to Mac users). Applications RARELY crash and Poser 4 has NEVER crashed, let alone yanked the system down.

Wake up and smell the reality. We're not talking about Win95 kernels anymore. But I'd still take that over the MacOS of that era, hands down. Glad you guys finally got pre-emptive multi-tasking. Do they still ship them with single-button mice though? And is multi-mouse button FUNCTIONALITY built-in yet? For gods-sake I hope so, it is 2002 afer all.

Anyway, guess that's how SOME Mac users console themselves. You should be greatful the software is coming out on your platform at all, unlike the thousands of titles, hardware, and web apps, etc. that do not. As I've asked other Mac-Nazis ... HOW CAN YOU NOT be used to it by now??

Terminus: Get that 2.53 with Win2k or XP and you'll never look back again. You'll enjoy the total freedom of choice in software AND hardware that you've never had before.
